This comes from a company's code of conduct (dealing mostrly with corrupt practices):

I provvedimenti disciplinari irrogabili nei riguardi di detti lavoratori - nel rispetto delle procedure previste dall’articolo 7 della legge 20 maggio 1970, n. 300 (Statuto dei Lavoratori) ed eventuali normative speciali applicabili e secondo i principi di proporzionalità di cui all’art. 2106 cod. civ. ed in relazione alla gravità dell’infrazione – sono quelli previsti dall’*apparato sanzionatorio* del suddetto CCNL, e precisamente:

- richiamo verbale;
- ammonizione scritta;
- multa;
- sospensione dal lavoro e dalla retribuzione fino ad un massimo di tre giorni;
- licenziamento ."
