Miscellaneous Civil Applications Explanation: בבש"א=בבקשות שונות אזרחיות might be an option ת"א might also be Tel Aviv. I have seen בבש"א followed by a city abbreviation in brackets. Do you have a full sentence? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day5 hrs (2008-09-08 21:38:55 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I think, as you write it, ת"א is the abbreviation for Tel Aviv. If it was meant to say tik ezrachi, the number should have been inside the brackets as well. You can find a lot of examples with Google.
