Estoy traduciendo un estudio clínico sobre el tratamiento de pacientes posmenopáusicas con estriol y bacilos de Döderlein. Es la primera vez que me toca traducir un material de este tema del alemán y tengo algunas dudas con respecto a la terminología.

"Die Ergebnisse dieser Dosisfindungsstudie stehen im Einklang mit einer klinischen Arbeit aus dem Jahre 1987 [referencia]. Damals wurden 39 Patientinnenin in der Postmenopause mit der klinischen Diagnose 'atrophische Kolpitis' einer lokalen Substitutionstherapie mit dem Kombinationspreparat xxx aus 0,03 mg Östriol, Lactobacillus acidophilus und Lactose lokal behandelt. Nach einer **Aufbaudosis** von 1 bis 2 Tabletten/Tag über 1-2 Wochen wurde anschliessend mit einer Enthaltungsdosis von 1 bis 2 Tabletten/Woche über mehrere Wochen therapiert. Damit konnte eine gute Restitution des physiologischen Vaginalmilieus mit Absinken des pH-Wertes, Verbesserung des Epithellaufbaus und Erhöhung des Reinheitsgrades erreicht werden."
