Io opterei per uno di queste termini, a seconda della struttura della frase: in questo caso infatti mi pare che il termine abbia proprio il significato di taetigkeitsbereich, cioè di "campo d'attività", "sfera d'affari", ecc., solo che tradurre con "sfera d'affari" in questo contesto non sarebbe (per me) semanticamente corretto: io tradurrei proprio coin "sfera di competenza"
