German term or phrase: Zwischenlagerungsplastik
"4. Zwischenlagerungsplastik

"4.1 Sinusbodenelevation, Sinuslift

"4.2. Le Fort I Osteotomie (Down fracture)

From a dental implantology text. It's throwing all sorts of Plastiken at me currently, which I think are kinds of grafts. Am managing to figure out most of them, but Zwischenlagerungsplastik has me thoroughly baffled. Hoping against hope that someone here can help me out with this highly specialised and most obscure term. Just don't use a machine translation for your answer, please!

Well, this answer was better than nothing at all. I actually looked for "sandwich graft", which seemed to get a few hits, so I might go with that. Will even enter it in the glossary, but with a caution. Thanks again for at least answering - I would have been totally lost otherwise, so appreciate your assistance.
