Loan-Labo(u)r Act Explanation: Yes. Temp. secondment/ detailing/ detachment etc. etc. of 'loan workers/ labourers'. There is a line of Eng. court cases in tort/ employment law about who is the workers' true employer - the orig. lender/agency or the temp. borrower.
