Es geht um die Vermarktung und Vermietung eines Einkaufszentrums. Hier Mieterkriterien:

(b) Whenever Dun & Bradstreet ratings is to be used, the following formula will apply:

• where the Dun&Bradstreet Risk Rating is 1 or 2, the *Dun&Bradstreet Credit* should be equal to an amount at least equivalent to 18 months gross rent, including service charges to be payable by the tenant.

• where the Dun&Bradstreet Risk Rating is 3, the Dun&Bradstreet Credit should be equal to an amount at least equivalent to 24 months gross rent, including service charges to be payable by the tenant.

• where the Dun&Bradstreet Risk Rating is greater than 3, the Tenant Status Criteria shall not be satisfied.
