zu verstehen, was um ihn herum/ in seinem Land vorging Explanation: nicht ganz so philosophisch ... Vielleicht auch "Eine Erklärung für die Geschehnisse in seinem Land zu finden" Hängt davon ab, wie es in der Dokumentation rüberkommen soll |

seine Welt verstehen Explanation: "An der Uni versucht F.C. gerade seine Welt zu verstehen, ..." Ich habe den selben Ausdruck im folgenden Satz gefunden: "Der Mensch sollte sich erst selbst verstehen, bevor er versucht seine Welt zu verstehen."
