Berlin – nur wer sichverändert, bleibt sich treu

Berlin pulsiert und verändert sich fast täglich. Die Dynamik, die die Stadt aus ihrer Geschichte und dem kreativen Potenzial ihrer Bewohner zieht, macht Berlin zu einer der interessantesten Metropolen der Welt. Hier treffen Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Nationen aufeinander. Im Stadtbild sind die politischen und kulturellen Entwicklungen des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts allgegenwärtig. Kaum eine andere Metropole war so oft grundlegenden Wechseln unterworfen. Doch Berlin hat es geschafft, von einer geteilten Stadt zu einer europäischen Millionenstadt.
So it's not really a slogan (sorry!) but more of a berlin ick-liebe-dir kind of thing

not Schering, but similar berliner Traditionsfirma, always having been based in our fair city - sorry I can't divulge more...
Text mostly stresses how the city has changed over the past 150 years, and how most of these changes have resulted in improvements over the long run

More context would help! How old is the company, what does it do etc.? Schering? Who's the blurb aimed at?
