I asked my sister, she is a doctor, she says that "dimise" is just "propuštění z nemocnice".

If it's synonymous with 'propuštění', that's fine.

The next line of text happens to begin with 'Při propuštení ...'.

If there's any distinction that can be made between 'dimise' and 'propuštění', please let me know. (I seem to have met a similar word before, though perhaps it was 'demise' last time).
