"Declaració responsable, inclosa a l'imprès de sol•licitud, de no trobar-se en cap circumstància prevista a l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en el sentit de no haver estat objecte de cap resolució ferma de caràcter sancionador en relació amb la prestació del servei que se subvenciona, o bé haver-ne estat objecte i haver prescrit la sanció, i d'estar al corrent de pagament d'obligacions per reintegrament de subvencions."
