While this may be irrelevant now, the only meaning for "EFC" I could find and which may have made sense if it were in the EU context would have been the "Economic Financial Committee (EFC)", but you did not mention any country in your query:

Further, searching for relevant information is made more difficult as the text is ungrammatical, i.e. "Account Managers are responsible for proactively to monitor the customers product mix, ...", which should be "...proactively monitoring/customers' (apostrophe) ...". Can you give us more context, please.
