English to French translations [Non-PRO]

English term or phrase: the filler in the bottom
Good afternoon,

I unfortunately accepted to translate an instruction notice for a ping pong table, but the english version is sometimes really difficult to understand.

The 1st step for assembling the table is the following one:

"Put the outer packing sideup , put the filler in the bottom (not small than ( 500*500*200mm )"

I'm really having a hard time with the filler in the bottom...

If you don't know how to translate, please at least explain to me what it means.
