Discussion

Abdulvahed (asker) Feb 25, 2010:
I thought that perhaps writer wanted to say "including" intead of "included" and " have" has causative relation to " involve" and "give".But that did helped nothing.
Ildiko Santana Feb 24, 2010:
Absolutely no sense Those 5 words do not belong there and the sentence as it is does not make sense. Without that rare variant of "surpriZe" (spelt with a Z) I would suspect this came from a Google translation, but Google tends to pick the most common variant there is in their database. I certainly don't envy the asker for this job, which was obviously not written by a native English speaker.

Agree with Jack Much as I like the image of executives busy painting their faces.
Enza Longo Feb 24, 2010:
Agree with Jack It doesn't seem to belong at the end of that particular sentence.
Sheila Wilson Feb 24, 2010:
Agree 100% No question about it - these words have no business being there
Jack Doughty Feb 24, 2010:
It doesn't make sense The words "involve startups or give companies" do not appear to belong to the rest of the sentence at all, it looks as if they have been put there by mistake from some other part of the text.
