This translation has to do with a train contract for Mexico City. Here is the immediate context:
"Las labores de mantenimiento para los enganches deberán ser simples y el período para mantenimiento mayor será de 750,000 km. habrá dos tipos de enganches: de tipo semibarra con cabeza para acoplamiento semiautomático para la parte delantera de los carros con cabina de conducción y ENGANCHES DE TIPO SEMIBARRA permanente para los carros intermedios."
