Russian term

Постановление

Russian to English Other Law (general)
Context - a company being registered
зарегистрированный Постановлением главы Ленинградского района № 1141 от 18.10.01

What would we say in British English? I know the dictionary gives 'decision/resolution/decree', but these sound odd for the context.
Any thoughts?

Thank you, Olexander!
agree Paul Merriam : The reason it sounds odd to you is that UK authorities don't generally issue these things.
