: with "cream of mushroom soup". You can't have a generic term that means "anything except Agaricus bisporus", and "royal mushrooms" is too specific (=king oyster mushroom). "Edel" is menu hyperbole - which we can safely tone down in English.

cappuccino
Whilst this might be a bit naff, it can also be delicious! I've been served soup in cappuccino cups in a number of avant-garde restaurants. The nicest was a form of cullen skink up in Glasgow - cullen skink cappuccino?!!!
