Is there something missing from this sentence?
= a company name.

<comp> shall benefit from any new product developments/improvements
Explanation:
The Swedish sentence is complete, albeit vague.

There may be a better expression than 'shall benefit from'.... perhaps something like 'will be entitled to use'. The point of the sentence is so that the company will not be left behind with older versions of the products if they are improved.

'shall be made available to <comp>' or even the pompous and awkward

'<comp> shall be entitled to avail themselves of any new product developments/improvements'

Here are some examples from Google of how the expression is used in other texts - hopefully they will make the meaning and usage of the expression 'komma X till del' a bit clearer:

Possible developments / improvement of products would be beneficial to the company

Explanation:
would be easier to give a more precise translation if the sentence was complete

disagree  Charlesp: Literally somewhat correct, but the meaning is entirely wrong. It actually means precisely the opposite.

...shall accrue to the benefit of [the name of the company].

Explanation:
In other words, someone is doing something (most liekly for payment), and all of the benefits, eg inventions, patents, information about product development and improvemnts, do not belong to the person or company doing the work, but rather belong to the company paying for the work.

As for the <comp>, I would presume that this is where the company name would go (as for purposes of confidentiality, the translator wasn't provided with the actual name; or this is a form which could be used in the future, i.e. actually company unknown at this time).
