It is not the same a quadriplegia than a quadripasresia (tetraparesis).

neutral Chema Nieto Castañón : Hi Neil, I was going to simply agree with both of you but I think you guys might have been mislead by that not so common x in parexia (paresia); it should be tetraparesis or quadriparesis but not quadriplegia in this case. Saludos.
