An idea for starters...
Currently being issued - as if these things should take so long, especially in an electronic society!! I understand that the poor soul has already passed all the exams and is just waiting for the piece of paper- wouldn't it take the same amount of time to issue that as to provide this "justificante"?! Sorry about this rant...

: I think that this is also a valid approach, but I would modify it to "pending award." For an example of this wording in a university transcript, see http://www.mytsoftware.com/dailyproject/transcript/bwskotrn....
