How would one translate this in the context of a utility bill (e.g. water)? Don't know if I'm just missing something here, but I haven't been able to find much information about it in either language.
It appears like this on a water/sewage usage fee payment notice: 納入済通知書(収入原票)
Thanks in advance.

収入伝票 means "receipt", and since 原票 is a kind of 伝票 and has seemingly the same meaning as "stub", 収入原票 could probably be translated to "receipt stub", or more generally, "receipt voucher".

Note from asker:
Yes that makes sense, as the document in question is basically a receipt/notice of payment. Thank you for your help! |
It also seems to be a term that only certain prefectures use - this one is also from Hokkaido |
