assets growth (increase in assets) Explanation: I think this is the best way to put it. Maybe the term "appreciation" can be used in specific cases (as the contrary of depreciation), but the expression I suggested is more general. As the asker stated that he is aware of the meaning, I won't be explaining on that. Also, I know that this term is used in many other contexts, e.g. investment funds, but still I believe that what it is all about is that one way or another the value of your property increases, so the assets side of the balance sheet increases. Furthermore, I think the context quoted _itslef_ gives a pretty good idea of what the term means Reference: http://www.altalex.com/index.php?idnot=9419 |
