Italian term or phrase: è attiva, cioè solo per italiani che traducono in inglese
Whole sentence : Sia il Ragazzini, la cui parte italiano-inglese è attiva, cioè solo per italiani che traducono in inglese, sia il Robert Signorelli ........

is "active", or in other words is only for...
Explanation:
I would be tempted just to go for "active" as I do think it's a standard use in Italian either, and in any case the meaning is explained by the clause that follows.

For "cioe'" I prefer, "(or) in other words". I don't like i.e. except in very dry technical texts.

I meant to add that I might put quotation marks around \"active\" to show it\'s being used in a special way, but I do overuse these, so maybe ignore this!

-> Well - it wasn't just that. I think the asker was asking for confirmation that "active" would be okay in this context, and for the best way to deal with "cioe'". So I think I earned my points! :-)
