(my attempt):
"The whole enviroment sees Appiani's ceramic mosaics covering the walls and the entire tub: thanks to an exclusive production technique, these mosaics enamelled in monopressocottura have exceptional physical and chemical properties, able to guarantee a decorative and functional result of great value."

Obviously my attempt includes no valid translation of 'monopressocottura', the real conundrum here.

Should I attempt a translation of my one if no real alternatives appear? Like "single-press firing"?

I would advise against "creating" new terms. Rather, I would leave it in Italian, with a brief explanation of what the process is (which, if I'm not mistaken, appears later in the source text). I've seen this done on several websites, but I don't know if this is 100% accurate.

Asker: Actually, using your suggestion of "monocottura", I re-searched the Proz database and found that entry exists: single-firing/single-fired (enammelled mosaics/tiles). Thanks for the tip!
