Ho già visto le precedenti domande e risposte. Spesso viene tradotto con "crediti verso clienti", ma non riesco a capire che pertinenza possa avere in questo caso... compravendita di immobili e di crediti??? Magari c'è un nesso logico che mi sfugge.

Forderungsbestand è senza alcun dubbio "crediti". In questo caso però non v'è alcun dubb io che:
Immobilien = sono immobili per i quali l'agenzia ha un contratto/mandato di vendita
Forderungen = sono richieste di clienti fatte a quell'agenzia per trovargli l'immobile desiderato

Grazie, ma ho avuto la conferma dal cliente che per loro si trattava di prestiti ipotecari. Discutibile la loro scelta del tedesco, ma - si sa - il cliente ha sempre ragione ;-)

Asker: Grazie Hannelore! Come scrivevo nella mia domanda, ho già visto i precedenti Kudoz e ho ri-postato il quesito proprio perché non mi soddisfano... qui siamo nel settore immobiliare... aspetto fiduciosa che qualcuno abbia qualche suggerimento convincente!

Asker: Nel mio caso sarebbe in contrasto con Gewerbeimmobilien/Gewerbeobjekte/Gewerbeeinheiten, che ho reso con "Immobili commerciali/Oggetti commerciali/Unità commerciali". Le tre tipologie di oggetti sono Wohnimmobilien, Gewerbeimmobilien e Forderungsbestände, che non capisco cosa siano e come rendere.
