Obviously this means something like 'supplementary tax commitment', but I was wondering if there is an established term for this in English, or if I just need to provide a literal translation.

Context: this is part of a warning issued to employees that, if they don't sign a certain agreement, then the Nachsteuerzusage cannot be issued:

'Die korrekte Versteuerung Ihrer Vergütung und die Erfüllung der Nachsteuerzusage hängen von den genannten Tätigkeiten ab.'
