Issue No. (for Switch or Maestro cards only): Some Switch or Maestro cards have an “Issue Number”-a single digit number shown along the bottom of the front side of the card. If your Switch or Maestro card does have this number please enter it in the ‘Issue Number’box. If your Switch or Maestro card does not have an “Issue Number” please ensure that you enter the “Start Date” or “Valid From” date (which should be shown along the bottom of the front side of the card) in the ‘Start Date’ box. Without at least one of these items we will not be able to process your payment. CVV No.: This is a new feature on most credit/debit cards following the introduction in the UK of the new ‘Chip and PIN’ style cards. It is a further security device to prevent your card from being misused if you are not paying with it in person (ie for postal, telephone or internet purchases). It is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on the reverse of your credit/debit card and forms the final series of digits on the signature strip of your card. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 hrs (2007-05-30 12:27:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Jag menar naturligtvis inte att du ska ta bort "Issue no" på eget bevåg.
