Es wird genauer erklärt, wie vertrauliche Informationen zu handhaben sind:

In oral disclosure, indicate that it is “confidential” within one month after such disclose, attach authorization of confidentiality on a document which has the date of the aforementioned oral disclosure and the confidential information which was disclosed.

Gibt es für diese "authorization of confidentiality" eine deutsche Benennung? Wie sieht sowas denn aus?

ich würde mich da u.U. von dem attach nicht irreführen lassen, auf Deutsch würden wir doch sagen: mit dem Vertraulichkeitsvermerk versehen. Etwas anderes habe ich noch nicht gesehen
