In June 2011, we entered into a floating to fixed interest rate swap agreement with an aggregate
notional amount of $50,000 that effectively converted $50,000 of notional principal under the unsecured
Credit Agreement from floating-rate debt to fixed-rate debt. At May 31, 2012, we were in a liability
position for this interest rate swap, the fair value of which was $4,479.
