关于这个词，我查阅了瑞士那家再保险公司的资料，Admin Re作为其主打产品，其主要方式就是：买其它公司已承保的保单、买下整个其它公司、为其它公司已承保的业务进行再保险，这其中还包括全部或部分保后管理工作。这和金融界相互买卖已办完的贷款、信用卡余额转移与归集等业务在实质上是一样的。如果说“已停售”是说那一批业务已完成、保单已生效，然后再整个把它给买过来，那么，用“已停售”是可以的，但该词给人的第一感觉是这个业务已停办了、不再做了，这样的话，在中文里就容易造成混淆了。
