родителски права и задължения - Правата и задълженията, които по закон родителите имат към своите ненавършили пълнолетие деца. Съществена особеност при тях е единството на права и задължения. Родителите едновременно са овластени и задължени. Техен титуляр е всеки родител по отношение на своето ненавършило пълнолетие дете. Законът не допуска разлика в родителските права и задължения на бащата и майката. Всеки от тях може да ги упражнява по отделно и изцяло.
