Come si potrebbe tradurre 'as to title', a cosa si riferisce esattamente? Ho visto che era già stato chiesto su proz ma non credo nel contesto corretto in questo caso. Si parla di sicurezza dei dati.

Grazie mille!

Discussion

Vertaling Centraal (asker) Jul 9, 2018:
Thanks Fabio for your answer. It might be what you say but I'm also not sure. From what I see from the rest of the text it might have something to do with 'title' in the sense of 'titolarità di un obbligo', come la titolarità di un diritto. I think I will go for that solution. Thanks again :-)
Fabio Barbieri Jul 8, 2018:
I think that this has to do with obligations implicit in the matter itself, or in the elements being dealt with. "Title" here would have to do with entitlement, natural entitlement I mean, and would mean that no restriction is placed on those obligations. I am not certain, which is why I am posting this as a discussion entry and not as an answer.

Note from asker:
Grazie Francesco, ma credo che in questo caso 'diritto di proprietà' non è nel contesto corretto.
