No further context, I'm afraid, just a list of logistics terms. Whole segments with term in question read:

"Service Van Stock Adjustment"
"Inventory adjustment on Van stock"
and
"Item copy to van stock".
Thanks a lot in advance!

(Waren)Bestand im Fahrzeug
Usually, SAP terms are used in a consistent way (as an SAP consultant, I deal with them every day). I think this is a tricky case. At first, I wanted to support Oliver's answer, bun on second thought decided to provide you with these sources to show you some discrepancies (and potential misunderstanding) in the use of this term.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60/helpdata/DE/44/e3ca053ee20...
In this case "Fahrzeugbestand" refers to the stock IN a van (what you need)
BUT:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_dbm700/helpdata/de/c5/91c53ace2d...
In this case "Fahrzeugbestand" refers to the stock OF transport vehicles.
If it is NOT SAP: it means stock OF transport vehicles, this is not the translation required in your case.
For these reasons, I suggest a more explicit variant, cf.:

Fahrzeugbestand
well... if it is SAP... then... it is Fahrzeugbestand...
it refers to stock that is kept not in a warehouse but on board of a service vehicle, so that a service technician can do his repair jobs without having to pick up the necessary parts...

@Tetyana:
It is a definite YES... not a yes&no... well... still under the precondition that the ERP-system in question is SAP:
A bit of history:
When SAP launched their CRM solution in mid 1999, they created a Mobile Service scenario, which reflects what I have already pointed out in brief above. In times of supply chain management van stock can be critical, as a fleet of service vans (pls check this term... as it is concisely mentioned in the provided context), with each van carrying stock, can be seen as some kind of virtual/mobile warehouse, that would need replenishing like a normal warehouse, which the term "inventory adjustment" (pls. note context again) supports.
The SAP system - still... if we are talking about SAP, what we do not know at the time being - knows different types of inventory or stock (Bestandsarten):
- Gesperrter Bestand
- Verfügbarer Bestand
- Transitbestand...
and a few others... so Fahrzeugbestand is just in line with that.
And finally:
I am aware, that from a normal feeling for language point of view, this term sounds misleading... however: IT companies like SAP coin their own terminology, which might sound misleading to non-experts at times, but is chosen to avoid overlapping terms... nasty topic that, as I found myself shaking my head at some of the terms during my consulting career...
Your translation would be ok to deliver a definition or description for the term "Fahrzeugbestand", but not the official term... well... if it is SAP...
