Sitä on selitetty vain kolmella lauseella: 'The economic stagnation comes from a system that could be described as a clearing entry. The national wealth that has mounted up through the centuries cyclically jumps from one level to the other within the clearing entry system. And it doesn't increased, it stagnates.'
