marked valgus heel [marked heel valgus]
valgo de talón > valgus heel / heel valgus / valgus of heel
Oddly, the word "valgus" appears to be misused rather often as a noun instead of an adjective. According to Stedman's Medical Dictionary:
Valgus - Latin adjective describing any joint in an extremity that is deformed such that the more distal of the two bones forming the joint deviates away from the midline, as in knock-knee.
Stedman's Medical Dictionary.
If you have rheumatoid arthritis it's fairly common for your heel to drift outwards. This is known as valgus heel.

Although I found many more instances of "marked heel valgus" than "marked valgus heel", I think the latter adjectival form should be used rather than the noun, in keeping with the Latin, unless any Latin scholars can set me right about this.
