Hello, everyone. I'm having trouble with 'calendado testamento'. The term appears at least three times in the text I'm translating but I can't find a translation I like.

I don't know if it was a holographic will, although for some reason I very much doubt it.

ADJUDICACION DE LOS BIENES INVENTARIADOS

Don [Name], en su calidad de Albacea Universal de la herencia, dando cumplimiento a las disposiciones ordenadas por el causante en su calendado testamento, procede en este acto a formalizar las siguientes adjudicaciones:

The RAE gives the following definition of 'calendar':

1. tr. p. us. Poner en las escrituras, cartas u otros documentos la fecha o data del día, mes y año.

Helena Chavarria (asker) Apr 11, 2017: I've found this: If you do not add a date and it conflicts with a dated will, the dated will may take precedence. Adding a date can also serve as proof of your mental capacity at the time, especially if you were known to be going about your business in a normal and competent way. http://www.free-legal-document.com/legal-wills-part4.html
AllegroTrans Apr 11, 2017: @ Helena I don't think you need to be so long-winded, and anyway that seems to be putting in words whichare not there; personally I would simply use "dated will". I suppose you could say "duly dated will" to give a slight emphasis and legalese brush-stroke
Helena Chavarria (asker) Apr 11, 2017: @Allegro Trans Yes, I saw that and up until now I've been using 'the Will that bears the day, month and year upon which it was drawn up', but that's so long-winded. I hoped there was a better translation. Or do you suggest 'dated last will and testament'?

Obviously I know what a 'dated will' is but I'm thinking of the target audience. Thanks again for your help!

	duly is implied and anyway I put it in brackets
