Seniority Awards

First word to come to my mind was seniority. I "stole" award from Acevalia. Went to google and found that there is a site with seniority awards. www.synapsetechnology.com.

They speak of Seniority Awards Program. This is US English. If you translate for the U.K. you have Acevalia's answer.
