Trazo muestra BIRDHH

español al inglés Medicina Medicina: Cardiología Medical records
Hi. This is on a lady's medical records in the "EKG" section. Attached is a sample reading from the EKG, so I'm assuming that's what the "Trazo muestra" part is, but can anyone help me with BIRDHH?

Thanks.

IRBBB = incomplete right bundle branch block

Karina's answer got me started, so I don't deserve full credit. Anyhow, this is the way it's said in English. The "haz de His" is the atrioventricular bundle (Ruiz Torres "Diccionario de Te'rminos Medicos").

Examples:
IRBBB pattern after incising a subdivision of the right bundle branch. Hishida H.

P.S. I'm sure of my answer (level 5), but I lowered my confidence because it was Karina's answer that triggered my memory.
