"Fideicomiso de administración y pago", a mi entender, es un fondo creado judicialmente para cuando se produce una quiebra o suspensión de pagos. Por ello te aconsejo que utilices una traducción que lo indique: STATUTORY TRUST FUND IN BANKRUPCY, o similar

This is my take.

Note that "aun" should correctly be without "tilde". [in "aún y cuando", which is a bad rendering of "if and when". Only when you can substitute "aún" for "todavía" , i.e., "still", should it be accented.] I know, the source text has it like that, I only thought to mention it with a view to your translation effort.

I got sidetracked by the "accent" thing, and forgot to mention that "aun y cuando" should be translated as "although" in this context.
