I have having difficulty translating the above word and would appreciate any help. The word is taken from the following sentence of an article about conflict in Darfur, Sudan and the work of Charity organisations in that area:

agree  Fiona Hale: Even with the preceding sentence, it's not clear if it refers to physical or operational structures. Unless there's other contextual info, you could keep the ambiguity in English and stick with 'structures'.

It seems most probable to me that these "estructuras" refer to the systems of these organisations, their actual operations in the field, rather than any physical constructions.
