I believe this refers to a management dashboard, but I'm not sure, and can't think of a way to fit in the rest of the phrase. The establishment in question is a large Latin American university, and the document is a plan to improve efficiency in the face of an increase in the number and variety of students (including mature students, exchange students, etc.)

Objectives management table/checklist
A checklist for the learning (etc) objectives in the form of a table. Being somewhat old school, am not keen on the use of "dashboard" except in cars or other vehicles.

So, although "Dashboards often provide at-a-glance views of KPIs (key performance indicators) relevant to a particular objective....-" I'd prefer to call it a checklist or table. This is why my confidence rating is posted as "low", although I'd probably translate it as such.

I'd definitely avoid using "dashboard" myself, as to me it reeks of faux-efficient business jargon.
