No entiendo el significado de la palabra "legibilidad" aquí.
Se trata al parecer de cierta cualidad o atributo. No encuentro otra acepción en los diccionarios que no sea la de fácil de leer. He encontrado algunas referencias en Internet, pero ninguna esplica de qué se trata, y no sé como se traduciría, sólo que no es ¨legibility¨".

it's about the way all the different parts (buildings) fit together and how far they interrelate and "make sense", as suggested in the first answer

Many thanks to both. The quotes contributed by Rachel helped me to more or less understand the concept, although I confess that I still have issues with the word itself. Since I did not have much time to research the term before submitting the translation, I went with "liveability", which seems close enough to me in meaning, and it is a lot more, well, legible!
