Source text - Spanish Desde el barrio Vila Buenos Aires, en la ciudad brasileña de San Pablo, Sergina Boa Morte, de 73 años, llegó en 1971 a su Buenos Aires querido, como cuenta mientras canta el tango de Carlos Gardel y Alfredo Le Pera. Arribó al país después de haber participado en un festival de danza y música en Rusia, porque la habían invitado a conocer Argentina. Nunca más se fue, vive en Buenos Aires desde ese entonces. Cuando un extranjero visita una tierra desconocida, la comparación con el estilo de vida del lugar de origen es inevitable y, al decidir residir en otro país, las costumbres y tradiciones propias se integran con las nuevas, se atesoran los recuerdos de lo que se extraña y se valora lo novedoso. Pese a la cercanía geográfica, brasileros y argentinos tienen modos de vida distintos. Sergina sostiene: "Hay diferencias porque la mitad más uno de Brasil tiene herencia de raíces africanas y tiene la idiosincrasia del canto y del baile. Chegou ao país depois de ter participado de um festival de dança e música na Rússia, por ter sido convidada a visitar a Argentina. Ela nunca mais foi embora, vive em Buenos Aires desde então. Quando um estrangeiro visita uma terra desconhecida, a comparação com o estilo de vida do lugar de origem é inevitável e, ao decidir morar em outro país, seus próprios costumes e tradições se integram aos novos, guardam-se memórias do que faz falta e se valorizam as novidades. Source text - English What does a healthy pregnancy diet include?
Eating a healthy pregnancy diet means you'll get all the nutrients you and your developing baby need.
You'll need to include in your daily meals a variety of foods from these main groups:
• Fruits and vegetables. Aim to eat between five portions and seven portions of fruit and vegetables each day, choosing more veg than fruit. Frozen, tinned, and dried fruits and vegetables are fine, and varieties with no added salt or sugar are the best choice. Juices and smoothies also count, but they are sugary - even if they're all-natural - so it's best to limit the amount you drink.
• Starchy foods. These include some root vegetables such as potatoes, plantain and yams, and wholegrain cereals such as brown rice and quinoa. Breads, crackers, pasta, and breakfast cereals are also in this group. Choose wholegrain varieties when you can.
• Foods rich in protein. These include lean meat, fish, eggs, and pulses, such as beans and lentils. Aim to eat two or more portions of fish a week, including at least one - but no more than two - portions of oily fish such as mackerel or sardines.
• Dairy foods. These include milk, cheese, and yogurt, which are a good source of calcium. Varieties that are low in fat and sugar are the healthiest options.

Brazilian, engineer, and technical translator working in this field for 20 years (for audiovisual 2 years) using SLD Trados, client proprietary tools, Office or Adobe Suite. I am experienced on patent translating and in different areas such as health, engineering, finance and product marketing. Strong knowledge of audiovisual products and services. Clients as L&L and Júpiter Traduções. I worked as a translator concurrently with other functions most of the time until 2016.
It happened because I started my career as a translator when I was still working as an electrical technician in a multinational electronics manufacturer between 2000-2008, translating service manuals. After that, I was graduated in Engineering and translation activities were done only in my spare time. In 2016 I decided to resume my activities as a translator, bringing all the technical experience acquired in the last years, in order to provide qualified professional services in translation and proofreading. My specialty is English and I am passionate about technology field, but I am also very interested in games, medicine, marketing and always willing to learn about new subjects.
