This is close to what Henry and Michael have proposed, but still different enough to be another suggestion:
We don't need to follow the Spanish word order exactly; 'ni se' can be rendered as 'AND the rights of workers ... ARE NOT..." which to me sounds more natural.
I like Henry's 'principles THEREOF' better than 'its principles', because this is a clearer and more precise way of referring to the principles of the *labor regulations* (la norma laboral).
