Possibly SF6 insulation even goes around connecting bars extending outside the enclosure check picture at:
Robert Tucker (X) Nov 8, 2004:
Perhaps the author (and others?) thought 'fluo' would make a good combination of 'fluoro' and 'flow'.
Ernesto de Lara Nov 8, 2004:
"productos" in the whole document? Maybe that is the answer. It happens all the time.
Ernesto de Lara Nov 8, 2004:
This is wird. The root fluo should mean fluor.fluorescent? no..Could it be possible that a general replacement in the original text in a word processor could changed all pro to fluo, then productos became fluoductos.Michelle, can you look for pro and .....
Ines Garcia Botana Nov 7, 2004:

Ines Garcia Botana Nov 7, 2004:

insulation gas duct

'fluo' from 'hexafluoride' in sulphur hexafluoride (SF6)

SF6 is commonly used as an insulator as is air.

GIS = gas insulated switchgear (not totally clear whether 'terminales GIS-aire' relates to air enclosure or sealing of SF6 from the air)

riser

Busbar extension and overhead connection risers

I can't even find this word in Google, so I'm guessing, but at least I'm trying to use common sense. Does it make sense to you in the context?

A \"riser\" is commonly known as a \"bajada\" in Spanish in my part of the world (US-Mexico border); just the contrary. Maybe that can help.

duct / ductwork

Suggestions... It obvioulsy must be some type of duct, so maybe you could go with the general terms "duct" or "duct work", which cover
all cases?
