I need help with this phrase, I can't find expert, reliable advice and my resources have been exhausted ;(
I understand "descubiertos" refers to overdraft balances, but I don't know how to merge the entire concept (help, please!)
This phrase comes from a Commercial Record, whose source paragraph reads:
"... las atribuciones de:
Abrir, movilizar, y cerrar cuentas corrientes y de ahorro, contratar descubiertos en cuenta corriente; librar emitir, aceptar, endosar, protestar y negociar cheques, letras de cambio, pagarés e instrumentos de crédito de cualesquiera naturaleza".
