I think "BU" may stand for Business Unit, but I am not sure and have no other reference for that term.
Para este caso hubo un adelanto del cliente del 15% del valor estimado total del contrato. Ese 15% * 4.92% de la comisión es menor a USD 500,000 adelantado.
Existe un ok del BU director y del Responsable Regional de Credit & Collection para realizar este adelanto (como excepción).
Al día de hoy no se ha facturado nada en referencia a este contrato y por ende no se podría haber recibido factura alguna del subagente. Al momento de recibir la factura por USD 1,500,000 debido a lo anteriormente comentado, se envió ese monto a desvío de la BU (dado que no existe provisión).
Esto ha generado una revisión de la forma de encarar este tipo de casos, llegando a la conclusión de que no es correcto recibir una factura del subagente si no se ha facturado antes y cobrado las mismas.
