A Linguistic Study of the words "خبط" and "مس" in the verse "يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطانُ مِنَ الْمَسِ"
Abstract
There is some controversy regarding the meaning of words “خبط” and “مَس”. Some have defined "خبط" as “wandering off” and some others have defined it as “to strike down by something”; while others think that its definition is “melancholy”. Some people also think that "مَسّ" means “to touch”, while some others have the opinion that it means “insanity and lunacy”. Most philologists when expressing the meaning of the word "مَسّ", often refer to the unreal or real use of the word. And this shows philologists sometimes have used Rhetoric when providing their views. The present study by investigating lexical and interpretive resources and recitations; and by use of descriptive, analyetical method examines the words "خبط" and "مَس". Research findings indicate that interpreters have interpreted the meaning of the word "خبط" without refering to philology; as for the word "مَسّ" regardless of the real meaning, they have considered the unreal sense that requires the acceptance of some difficulties in translation and interpretation of this verse; That means, if the real meaing was considered here, the verse could have been translated without any difficulty. The most consistent meaning that almost all philologists have mentioned for the word "خبط", was "to strike down by something". By accepting this meaning there is no need for unreal and symbolic meanings that are contrary to the real meaning and would make it more difficult to understand the verse.

چکیده
درباره معنای واژه «خبط» و «مَس» اختلاف نظر وجود دارد. برخی خبط را بیراهه رفتن معنا کردهاند و برخی انداختن به واسطهی چیزی و دیگری آن را بیماری مالیخولیا میداند. از نظر عدهای «مَسّ» به معنی لمس کردن و به عقیده برخی دیگر جنون و دیوانگی است. اغلب لغت پژوهان هنگام بیان معنای واژه «مَسّ» به کاربرد مجازی یا حقیقی بودن این واژه اشاره کردهاند و این موضوع نشان میدهد که گاهی لغت پژوهان در ارائه نظریات خویش از علم بیان بهره بردهاند. پژوهش حاضر با واکاوی منابع لغوی، قرائی و تفسیری به روش توصیفی، تحلیلی به بررسی واژهی «خبط» و «مَس» پرداخته است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که مفسران در معنای واژه «خبط» بدون توجه به علم لغت به تفسیر آن پرداختهاند؛ همچنین در مورد واژه «مَسّ» بدون در نظر گرفتن معنای حقیقی، آن را بر مجاز حمل کردهاند که لازمهاش پذیرش تکلفاتی در ترجمه و تفسیر آیه میباشد؛ حال آنکه اگر در اینجا معنای حقیقی لحاظ شود، بدون هیچ تکلفی میتوان آیه را ترجمه کرد. متقنترین معنا برای «خبط» که تقریباً تمامی لغت پژوهان آن را ذکر کردهاند، «افکندن به واسطه چیزی» میباشد. با پذیرش این معنا از مجاز و کنایهای که بر خلاف اصل است و نیز باعث تکلّف در فهم معنای آیه میشود، بینیاز خواهیم بود.

Source text - English Examination of Factors affecting job satisfaction
One administrative issue that has attracted the attention of intellectuals and scholars more nowadays is human resource management. Human resource management plays a key role in increasing the productivity of an organization. And job satisfaction is considered as one of the most important aspects of human resource management. This study was aimed at measuring job satisfaction of nurses, as one of the important agents in the health sector. This study also sought to investigate factors affecting job satisfaction and the relationship between these factors and job satisfaction among nurses of Army’s hospital in Mashhad.
The research population was consisted of 52.5% females and 47.5% males, and the preceding figures were the results of a census. The Average satisfaction score of the population was 62.66, which is indicative of high job satisfaction of the population. In this study Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire was used for data collection. And descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency) and inferential statistics (Pearson and Spearman correlation test) were used for data analysis.
The results of this analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between independent variables and dependent variable of this study. The results also suggested that the largest component of job satisfaction score of nurses is job type (23%), while the smallest component is organizational environment (11%). the highest correlation also existed between job satisfaction and organizational environment (0.714) while the lowest correlation existed between job satisfaction and payment system (0.327).
Translation - Persian (Farsi) بررسی عوامل موثر بر رضایت شغلی کارکنان
یکی از مسایل مدیریتی که بیش تر مورد توجه اندیشمندان و محققان قرار گرفته است مدیریت بهینه منابع انسانی می باشد که در افزایش بهره وری یک سازمان نقش کلیدی ایفا می کند و یکی از جنبه های مهم مدیریت بهینه منابع انسانی، رضایت شغلی آنان است. این تحقیق با هدف سنجش رضایت شغلی پرستاران به عنوان یکی از ارکان مهم در بخش بهداشت و درمان و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت شغلی و ارتباط این عوامل با رضایت شغلی پرستاران در بیمارستان ارتش مشهد انجام پذیرفت.
جامعه آماری تحقیق از 5/52% زن و 5/47% مرد تشکیل شده است که مورد سرشماری قرار گرفتند. میانگین رضایت شغلی جامعه 62/66 بوده که نشان دهنده رضایت شغلی بالای افراد جامعه است.برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه پایای مینه سوتا استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی(میانگین ، انحراف معیار، درصد فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی(آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن) استفاده شد.
بر اساس نتایج این تحلیل مشخص شد که بین متغیرهای مستقل و متغیر وابسته تحقیق همبستگی و ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. هم چنین نتایج گویای این است که در نمره رضایت شغلی پرستاران بیشترین سهم را مؤلفه نوع شغل(23%)، و کمترین سهم را مؤلفه جو سازمانی(11%) دارد. بیشترین ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر رضایت شغلی و جو سازمانی (714/0) و کمترین ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر رضایت شغلی و نظام پرداخت (327/0) وجود دارد.
