Hello,
I have a document regarding the energy sector in Honduras and I have come across "Subsidio en la Oferta" as a heading. Does anyone know what this is? Is it simply "Subsidy in the Offer" or something completely different?
Thanks to all,
Salma

Comment: "Thanks James. I think you are right with 'supply'. I am just going over another document related to this and it suggests 'supply' as well."
