@María El requerimiento fiscal, ¿es el que se usó ante un juez de instrucción y luego se lo presentó a la granja penal? ¿O es un requerimiento que se le hace directamente a la granja penal?

@María En inglés, produce es parte de produce the body que, según tengo entendido, proviene del hábeas corpus (o sea, traigan el cuerpo). Los tribunales y las fiscalías en EE. UU. dicen produce en el contexto de los detenidos.

US: the Prosecutor's Information is or to be presented and ... to be disclosed to the accused /defendant.

Information - a written accusation signed by the Prosecutor charging a person with the commission of a crime; an alternative to an indictment as a means of starting a criminal prosecution cf. a 'Bill of Indictment' in my related answer in the weblink as Kirsty MacC in a previous incarnation. Otherwise, *presentment* of an indictment by a grand jury > Barron's US law dictionary.

(E&W) Laying an information; the procedure whereby a magistrate is informed e.g. by a *police officer* of a suspected offence. LB Curzon's Dictionary of (English) Law. So, presenting of a Bill of Indictment - one stage on - IMO is preferable for BrF/IrE consumption.

agree Sandro Tomasi : I believe requerimiento fiscal would be like a bill of indictment, but wouldn't use the term indictment for US. If we are right to follow this path (i.e., the one of accusatory instruments), maybe prosecutor’s complaint.

Gracuas and thanks, Sandro. Since the ST originates out of Honduras/Belize. The asker is in Arg., So I had been careful to avoid BrE terminology. Your 'accusatorial' or West's Prosecutorial Charging Doc.' might be more offshore-Eng. country-neutral.
